• Created brand awareness for a new French language radio station in Montreal by identifying and then curating/programming genres of music suited to its audience demographics.
• Worked with in-house and external resources to develop the radio station’s visual identity and website.
• Coordinated the production of introductory messages and station “jingles”.
• Developed the rotational schedule for music, station messages and ads for CFNV940. The selection of seasonal festive music received accolades from listeners across the province of Québec.
• Subsequently, worked as a consultant to do the same tasks for CFQR600, a new English radio station affiliated with CFNV940.

• Managed the procurements processes for supplies

• Established rapport with key people in local hospitals, and used that to expedite many activities on behalf of patients.
• Raised the profile of the Clinic through meetings with, and presentations to Montréal area hospitals and patient care facilities.

• Purchased music for use on multiple platforms, across a variety of channels.
• Established designated channels that catered to the South-Asian (Bollywood) market.
• Autonomously created and implemented specialty playlists for the new “Vibes” section on theStingray mobile app, which was subsequently launched in late 2015. Vibes consists of 1000 custom playlists that can be chosen.

• Key responsibilities and accomplishments:
• Attending meetings with lead researchers and committee heads to understand their needs.
• Categorization of patients for eligibility in clinic trials through the implementation of their medical history in the L.O.R.I.S. database system.
• Analysis of the features of the database through its daily use by researchers, and providingrecommendations for system improvements. All of the recommendations were accepted and implemented.

• Reviewed and updated client lists dating back more than a decade.
• Eliminated redundant entries, and conflicting information.
• Trained office employees in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

• Examined, catalogued, and completed fragmented and incomplete customer data in the sales database, through the analysis of company records, as well as extraction and cross validation with publicly available information.
• The task was completed ahead of schedule, without any supervision or support.
