I worked as a marketing assistant in home video and was on the team that developed and first marketed the first issued DVDs. Worked with creative agencies, vendors, distributors, and asset management teams to produce, market, and distribute the first DVDS through retail chains such as Blockbuster video and first years of Netflix.

Provided customer service and airline reservations over the phone to approximately one hundred callers per day! After six months, was promoted to elite International Rate Analyst team that programmed international tickets with complex fare structures, taxes, and airport codes. Prior to the internet, the airline had their own in-house network called PARS and SABRE and involved complex series of programming codes. Our team worked with all the ticketed agents located at world-wide airport counters were TWA operated. These ticket agents would contact our LAX headquarters for approval codes before they could issue the tickets. I was the youngest member of this team and had the opportunity to learn about world geography and culture. My benefits included the amazing opportunity to travel to over twenty cities domestic and international flying TWA first class.
