Project Manager
CurrentThe position involve’ s managing projects on site and nurturing relations with Acoustical Consultants, Stability Engineers, Architects and Contractors. The fundamental associated tasks and duties are: design meetings with clients, architects & acoustic consultants, Material take-off from client drawings, On-site supervision, follow-up and installation management of the defined solutions, Liaison with the installation team, Optimisation of materials and labour, Producing method statements and risk assessments –managing on-site health and safety, liaising with HQ regarding manufacture, specification and quality. Analysing technical project specifications to formulate and design the optimal technical solution, with assistance of the responsible product managers and draftsmen, Preparing sketches, drawings and specifications showing materials to be used, construction and finishing methods and other details providing technical and commercial offers for the solutions offered. Establish and maintain relationships with all customer types. Delegate responsibilities to the support staff of the project, and adjust resources according to the general needs of the project
