As a Science Communication Officer with additional responsibilities as a Science-Policy Officer, I play a pivotal role within the Belgian Biodiversity Platform—a dynamic team embedded across various federal and regional institutes. At the forefront of our mission is serving as a vital Science-policy interface hub on biodiversity issues, facilitating collaboration with key organizations such as the IUCN, IPBES, and the Belgian GBIF node. I manage both internal and external communication strategies, ensuring effective dissemination of information and fostering engagement with stakeholders.
