Planned and delivered instruction supporting the center’s goals and stakeholder training requirements. Led developmental facilitation for DoD personnel, presented evidence-based curriculum, and used a variety of multimedia interactive tools and strategies to engage adult learners and increase student comprehension and engagement. Created educational and instructional course materials and interactive courseware content while also coordinating courseware automation. Helped develop future DoD Equal Opportunity professionals.

Managed all US Air Force European and African Forces Command EEO/D&I Programs. Provided guidance and oversight of 7 EO Programs and 45 Geographically Separated Organizations in support of the Command of 80,000 personnel. Identified problem areas by analyzing command climate trends. Advised senior leaders on human relations matters and preventative actions. Ensured by-law program compliance. Managed program's operation, funding, manning requirements, and staff members certification.

Regional Manager for all Equal Opportunity Specialists and D&I professionals assigned to Air Force Space Command, in support of 48,000 personnel. Provided guidance and audited the EEO/Diversity programs for 6 Military Installations. Provide policy and guidance on Alternative Dispute Resolution methods. Advisor to AF Space Command's senior leaders on Equal Opportunity, Diversity, and Human Relations matters.

Managed the largest EEO/D&I Program in Europe, directed organizational assessments, and the Human Relations Education program. Serving 54,000 military members, civilians, retirees, and dependents. Oversaw EO complaint process for NATO, MAJCOM, 3 Wings, and 20 Geographically Separated Units. Advisor on Human Relations matters for over 128 senior leaders/commanders/and first sergeants.
