I am a early pioneer in the field of professional coaching and the coaching leadership style. Since 1991, I have been specializing in the topics of coaching, coaching & leadership, coaching culture, self-development, self-direction, organisational development. Early on in my career I experienced the coaching style as a enormous boost in my own personal growth . In the 1990's I felt this area of development was very much underestimated in it's impact. It felt as my mission to provide high quality coach training programs, coach executives and leaders and supervise professional to coaches. I rely on a broad management and training & development experience and many years of executive coaching. My coaching tools range from the GROW model, over TPLC methods, Systemic methods, Constellation work, Emotional Integration, NLP, Lego Serious Play, to Systemic reflective tools, and many more.Thoughout my lens as organisational coach, I support organisations to build a sustainable development culture starting. I design in co-creative partnership blended leadership and coaching programs. I believe that the combination of training, coaching, mentoring, self-observation, self-study....will deliver long term results if managers are the 'owner' of the change process from the start. In my coaching I am known as an intuitive and goal oriented coach, driving for solutions that really fit your personal style and talents, not giving up easily but challenging you to overcome dilemma's and pitfalls. I am sensitive for hidden resistances and I adore deep and focused conversations.In 2018 I obtained a postgraduate diploma in Organisational Supervision at Ashridge.
