As a Principal in the Sustainability Services team I established Deloitte's national human rights service and led our social sustainability and CSR work. Clients benefited from our insights and advice in stakeholder engagement, social licence, human rights, strategy, socio-political risk management, community engagement, and CSR.

Australian Centre of Corporate Social Responsibility (ACCSR) operated from 2003 to November 2017 when we joined Deloitte.Over 14 years we were a pioneer in our field, introducing global best practices in stakeholder engagement, the social licence to operate, corporate responsibility strategy and sustainability reporting. We ran Australia's longest-running public access short course program in CSR, delivering 175 workshops to thousands of managers on GRI reporting, stakeholder engagement, CSR, human rights, Shared Value, sustainability strategy and other topics. We developed and published for ten years the Annual Review of the State of CSR in Australia and New Zealand.
