Develop professional audio product Digital Mixer:-Design the product form zero, include all hardware, software and mechanical.-Finish 1st basic function (2 channels) demo product within 4 months and finished 2nd full function demo product (64 channels) within following 8 months.-The Digital Mixer can handle all >100 keys inputs, >100 LEDs outputs, 17 faders input and 64 channel audio in/out signal streaming within 150ms reaction time.-Product includes 3 DSPs, 2 Cortex-M processors, 9 MCUs…etc.-Select processors and MCU, develop system base driver (I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, USB, touch, etc.)-Develop system from base Real Time OS, (FreeRTOS) and static machine.-Develop product GUI by tools. (EmWin and Embedded Wizard), some special graphic use illustrator assists to design and implement.-Assist, review digital mixer hardware design and debug the hardware problem. Included power supply, hardware power up sequence, all processors, MCUs and audio related high speed or noise sensitive cable connection design, Schematic and layout design…etc.-Protocol design between all processors and MCUs.Assist manager lead a small team (6 ppls) to develop digital mixer.Documentation: Test case design and implementation; details design specification…etc.Communication with different supplies (NXP, TI, LCD supplier….etc).
