Handling Sales of Off Premise Channelsuch as Cold Storage, 7-Eleven

-Recruiting of staffs, conducting training.-Handling events and make sure everything runs smoothly.-Oversees day to day operations.-Involved in end-of-operation closing, counting of cash sales and reporting of sales to directors.-Assist in opening and closing in club’s operation.-Involve in opening and closing of monthly stocks take.-Placing order of stocks for bar and floor department usage.-Planning of staff rosters and handling their payroll.-Assist in creating new cocktails.-Handle any situations or complaints.-Handling backend of POS.

-Responsible for staff rotes, stock control, finances/GPs -In-charge and responsible for the overall running of the bar area.-Responsible for building a vibrant atmosphere within the Restaurant area which will be known for its cocktails, Brunch Menu.-In-charge of training and learning of all bar staffs.-Managing the bar and restaurant maintaining standard operating procedure and sales.-Prepare a budget and monitor it carefully.-Keeping the Bar’s accounts up date and funds reconciled with sales.-Keeping a proper record of all payments and monies received.-Ensure that the bar is stocked according to estimated demand.-Liaise with the Restaurant Committee with regards to upcoming functions etc that may require alterations to the normal stocks purchase.-Work with the committee to best facilitate sponsorship of liquor and beverages.-Train staffs in all aspects of bar service and equipment especially tapping kegs, pouring beer and champagne and running a stock inventory and cash management/ reconciliation.-Ensure the bar, kitchen and equipment is clean and meet relevant safety standards.-Keep good relations with liquor, beverage and stock sponsors and suppliers.-Manage a team of some 20 staff to ensure standards of performance are met to provide excellent customer service and efficiency.

-Reporting to the Assistant bar manager and the club manager.-Ensure the setup and clean up of bar/concession areas before and after events daily.-Customer Service.-Attend to complaints and enquires first before handing over to the managers.-Ensuring smooth bar operations for the manager.-Ensuring staff efficiency and duties.-Training and teaching of new bar staff.-Checking of inventory ensuring accuracy.-Other duties as assigned by the managers.-Maintaining of bar’s cleanliness and is organized for operations.
