About Lee Parsons

I am COO at The Reach Agency and am an expert in management of small businesses in their start-up and early growth phases. I have 20 years experience in business operations management, including a senior operations role in a global investment bank.I have also owned and managed my own business from concept through to 25 heads and a strong brand at the point of my exit. I am passionate about building professional teams with can-do cultures, building reliable business process, and brand identity. I have a strong track record of delivering business growth.In my current role I lead a team of professionals and specialists in online system development and delivery. We build large scale, highly secure, multi tenanted online platforms, often with high transaction volume requirements. Innovating in the digital design and UX space makes for a challenging and highly creative environment with lots of moving parts. In this role I've been responsible for a team that's delivered over 150 online systems in the last 5 years. Essentially, in addition to the day to day management of the business, I lead IT change delivery teams in a complex multi-project environment.
