Our mission is to enhance the sense of realism in touch with VR accessories. Virtual Reality is an experience for the senses but up until now it’s mainly been focused on the visual and auditory senses, while the sense of touch has largely been ignored with clumsy function only focused accessories. Texture VR is looking to change all that with accessories that not only feel real, but bring an extra sense of immersion due to the tactile senses associated with touch.

The BRAINS Foundation is an organization dedicated to raising and distributing funds for neuropsychological services. These services are made available to uninsured and underderinsured families on a sliding fee scale. The BRAINS Foundation works to understand the complexities facing families that have children with developmental and cognitive disabilities that are uninsured or underinsured. The goal is to provide assements to these families to help them adequately address the needs of these individuals when they occur, as they present a precious window of opportunity for treatment and intervention. The Brains process gives parents and caregivers new information through neuropsychological assessments and consultations that make a direct impact upon day to day interactions in a positive way. At the same time our training and service provides future clinicians with a more comprehensive understanding of these issues as they enter the service community. We want to make the lives of our patients and their families the best that it can be while at the same time providing broader support network by educating future clinicians on the complexities that exist. Through the great philanthropy in our area and support from our partners, we are able to help break down those barriers to provide support where little previously existed.

Before graduating with honors from film school in 1994, I helped co-found and was a partner at Cirrus Teleproductions, a successful film and television production company in Santa Fe, New Mexico. For close to ten years I helped lead that company to tremendous success until our merger with a larger media group in 2001. Cirrus Teleproductions serviced the national and international media outlets providing both video and film production and post-production for corporate and broadcast clients.Clients included ABC, Discovery Channel, Style Network, ABC Australia, E! TV, Steven Spielberg /SHOAH, RMA, Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, ARD Germany, Nickelodeon, MTV, Proctor & Gamble, HGTV, American Artists, Ernst & Young, Weller Grossman Productions, Finland 4, STYLE Network, CPB, PBS, Skelton Creek Productions, The Aurora Foundation and more....
