A Mother Wish Foundation fulfilled their mission to raise a generation of healthy children in rural Dominican Republic by building and operating a clinic, community center, and preschool. The founders now enjoy retirement, living in the community they served and transformed for more than 25 years.

With a vision of using data to drive workplace behavior change, MeetingHabits was a “fitbit for your workday.” With data that is typically trapped in email and calendar systems, MeetingHabits helped individuals and teams identify opportunities, adopt new habits, save time, and move faster. Developed an MVP, implemented a pilot client (they loved it).

As a passion project, I developed and led a tech talent and industry development initiative that focused on making tech jobs accessible to traditionally underrepresented groups. I worked directly with the Governor to recruit new employers that created hundreds of high-paying tech jobs.

Led the transformation of ShapeUp from a single peer-group offering to a comprehensive wellbeing platform. Defined the market strategy and supporting product roadmap. Built differentiated products and sold these products to notable customers (e.g. Medtronic) and prospects (e.g. Southwest Air).
