A Mother Wish Foundation fulfilled their mission to raise a generation of healthy children in rural Dominican Republic by building and operating a clinic, community center, and preschool. The founders now enjoy retirement, living in the community they served and transformed for more than 25 years.

With a vision of using data to drive workplace behavior change, MeetingHabits was a “fitbit for your workday.” With data that is typically trapped in email and calendar systems, MeetingHabits helped individuals and teams identify opportunities, adopt new habits, save time, and move faster. Developed an MVP, implemented a pilot client (they loved it), tested market demand (unit economics were challenging), and failed fast.

As a passion project, I developed and led a tech talent and industry development initiative that focused on making tech jobs accessible to traditionally underrepresented groups. I worked directly with the Governor to recruit new employers that created hundreds of high-paying tech jobs.

Led the transformation of ShapeUp from a single peer-group offering to a comprehensive wellbeing platform. Defined the market strategy and supporting product roadmap. Built differentiated products and sold these products to notable customers (e.g. Medtronic) and prospects (e.g. Southwest Air).

Developed a repeatable and dependable approach to demand generation, resulting in a dramatic increase in inside sales activity and results.

As the 10th employee of this pre-revenue digital media company, I was on the front-lines of launching four virtual event marketplaces, in four industries, within 18 months (higher ed, renewable energy, cardiology, and biotech). During my time there I formed marketing partnerships that were the envy of competitors and developed a wide range of skills as we grew from 10 to 75 team members.
