Infrastructure Services Specialist
CurrentMy Role includes working with the Business Services division as an infrastructure architect.Working with Business Services and its partners for the full Customer lifecycle – Tender response, design, implementation and operational support of all infrastructure related items.Provide pre and post sales consultancy on ICT related subjects including direct contact with the customer organisation.Provide technical resource and consultancy to ICT related projects.Provide support to the business in understanding the legal and regulatory compliance requirements with primary focus on Information Security, Data Protection and Business Continuity.Ensure best practices are in place in design, implementation and operation of the infrastructure services in scope. Perform ISO27001 internal audits.
