The ConnectWise Education team is responsible for developing, enhancing, and delivering innovative education and training resources centered around our industry leading business management software platform to the the 5,600 IT solutions providers and 81,000 individuals in the ConnectWise partner community and the consultants who support them. Key areas of responsibility include facilitating internal and client facing training through ongoing education initiatives including self paced e-learning courses, recorded instructional video, web based product documentation, certification programs, live webinars, as well as hands on labs, live presentations, and workshops at our 10 worldwide regional quarterly User Group Meetings and annual IT Nation event. The Education team is also tasked with collaborating with the Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, Development and Partner Support teams to project manage the internal and external communication, documentation, and training components of software release cycle as well as driving innovation through our online resource library, the ConnectWise University.

Served as primary project manager for over 200 new partner software implementations. Tasked with becoming familiar with unique individual IT service provider's needs and challenges and developing an appropriate project plan to successfully deliver on partner expectations. Leveraged agile project management methodology to ensure all aspects of the software package were brought online and stakeholders in the organization were properly trained in time to meet go live date for product launch. Role responsibilities included overseeing the hand-off between on-boarding and partner support teams and served as the primary point of contact and liaison between partner and Sales, On-boarding, Partner Support, and Consulting teams, often coordinating simultaneously with multiple departments to ensure all deadlines were met and potential challenges were resolved expeditiously. Worked closely with management to build and continually enhance a team dedicated to serving the unique needs of our smaller partners and improve post implementation retention and satisfaction with the on-boarding and implementation processes.
