• Provide excellent customer service to patients.• Prepare billing correspondence and maintained database to organize billing information.• Complete all paper work, documents, and system entry for all insurance claims; including but not limited to Medicaid and Medicare. • Identify, and rectify inconsistencies and discrepancies in medical documentation.• Verify patients’ eligibility and claim status, by contacting and following up with third party payers
