Developed UI/UX with outsourced specialists and implemented features such as dual language chat, a translation system back-end and start-up wiki allowing companies across the world to create Chinese language product pages for free.• Marketing - Developed the global marketing strategy and supervised a team of marketers in Europe and Israel. Controlled a modest marketing budget and coordinated bi-monthly campaigns to attract new users.• Budget Management - Planned the monthly budget and reported to the home office in Shanghai. Assessed all potential expenditures and determined financial strategy for an internationally earmarked budget of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Reconciled monthly reports and was the point of contact for the local tax accountant for all documentation and payroll decisions.In total, managed a team of 10 people in China, Israel and eventually Finland.
