Designed and implemented a suite of intranet based M.I.S. reports and a web-based report manager application as per business unit specifications using Business Objects Crystal Reports, HTML, ASP, Microsoft SQL Reporting Services and Microsoft SQL Server. Trained staff and enforced of policies related to Company’s Software Development Life Cycle (S.D.L.C.) initiative, including working with business units and developers to create application requirements and specification documents, writing and revising application run books and change request documentation.
