Not only do I bring technical expertise to the table, but I'm also part of senior management, and I play a key role in overseeing the operations of the Design Department. I'm passionate about helping our clients meet their target project milestones, as their success is our success too. To give you a little bit of context about my design background, I started my career as a Physical Design Engineer at Intel back in 2003 under the Flash Memory Group. It was fun, I learned so much from cross-site collaboration and the importance of meeting project milestones. While it was sad to see our department dissolve in 2008, I had an additional transitioning opportunity before the actual closure. But as they say, behind every closed door, there's an opportunity. In 2011, Lattice Semiconductor started its operation here in the Philippines, and I'm grateful to be one of the pioneers. My skills and knowledge in terms of IC layout design have grown tremendously, particularly for FPGA design. I've owned different IPs, supported different layout tasks, managed projects and resources, and even had the opportunity to visit the US (California, Oregon) as part of early project engagement. It's been challenging, but also incredibly fulfilling. In between Intel and Lattice, I also worked in an outsourcing company for almost two (2) years. Now, SilVer is my second outsourcing company, bringing all the knowledge and skills that I acquired from my previous employment.
