My accomplishments include creating a customized dealer onboarding structure that led to a smoother onboarding process and a 30% increase in sales performance; implementing a Monday.com form and management board to streamline project scoping and submissions, resulting in faster project completion and improved stakeholder satisfaction; enhancing user engagement by 80% by optimizing a Salesforce integration in the Dealer Engagement platform; establishing a Dealer Learning and Development intranet and newsletter communication strategy that resulting in a 20% decrease in canceled deals; and having my team be recognized in 2023 as an OnCom Top 100 L&D Team.

I mentor and advise professionals learning to implement the 5 Moments of Need® performance support framework as part of Apply Synergies' 5MoN certification program.According to the 5MoN model, there are moments when a learner requires certain pieces of information to perform assigned tasks more efficiently and effectively. Because the 5MoN workflow-based approach is pretty different than other instructional design methods, I help designers understand and practice the rapid workflow analysis and LEaP plan development that are key parts of this practice.

In this role I collaborateed with departments throughout the company to design, develop, and evaluate e-learning and instructor-led learning experiences for the Sunrun HR Talent & Development, Sales, Install, and Customer Care Teams. In addition to curating and evaluating a catalog of over 400 existing e-learning courses and video assets, I also promoted best practice standards for production methods, publication practices, and review protocols for all of Sunrun.My accomplishments include: collaborating with business leaders across the organization to create a standardized workflow and develop Call2Close, a modular phone sales best practices course that improved close rate by 15% and helped in-person sales reps quickly pivot to virtual consultation during the COVID pandemic; managing a team of instructional designers and translators to launch a new learning path for the Puerto Rico market and help address the island’s energy crisis; and collaborating with the business intelligence team to track and report channel partner training completion and sales performance rates and demonstrate that partners that engaged in training, coaching, and support were 80% more likely to meet or exceed their sales goals.

I collaborated with stakeholders inside and outside of the Autodesk Global Sales Organization to identify business problems, create learning objectives, and develop learning experiences that improved productivity and increased sales. My accomplishments include: integrating recorded Skype interviews and step-by-step walkthroughs to create productivity training and improve Salesforce data accuracy; applying the Successive Approximation Model (SAM) to develop rapid prototypes and integrate stakeholder feedback throughout the process, which cut project development time by 20%; and simplifying the Global Sales Organization course design process to cut course delivery time by an average of one week, reduce localization costs by 40%, and increase watch time of video assets by 30%.

I designed, developed, and implemented YouTube's first Online Certification Program, which included managing a team of editors and animators to produce and launch more than 85 YouTube instructional videos in just 8 weeks. The certification program dramatically reduced partner travel expenses and increased certification reach. And my approach of designing role-based scenarios and instructor-led material to refresh the online certification program resulted in twice the exam attempt rate and an increase in the exam pass rate from 70% to 90%.

I managed, designed and developed e-learning multimedia products for business and consumer audiences, and facilitated blogging and productivity training to clients nationwide via webinars and instructor-led sessions. I used gap analysis to assess each client’s skills, resources, and time requirements, and specialized in bringing interactive engagement and measurable improvement to a wide range of education projects.

In this role, I identified customer and staff learning objectives, designed interactive activities, and facilitated group workshops.My accomplishments included increasing positive customer satisfaction survey scores by 10% analyzing customer evaluations and adjusting content and course offerings to meet demand, as well as facilitating a train-the-trainer course for tenured Apple Store instructors that also led to a 10% increase in positive feedback on evaluation reports for all of the store's trainers.
