"Life is short. Buy the beach house!" - Leesa Hilty Leesa, a native North Carolinian, fulfilled her own dream of moving to the Carolina coast in 2015 and resides in beautiful Holden Beach. She’s the proud mom of a USMC Vet, an active US Navy Sailor and a daughter in college. She loves collecting shells and shark teeth, baking amazing cakes and traveling with her two dogs. She's also "Mimi" to an adorable grandson who is the light of her world. Leesa has been blessed to enjoy over 25 years in a real estate career that has included sales, corporate relocation, management, coaching and consulting. She began her real estate career in the Lake Norman/Charlotte area and fell in love with helping people find their perfect home. Although Leesa calls Holden Beach home, her geographic market spans several counties including Brunswick, Columbus, Bladen, New Hanover and Pender. When it comes to helping her buyers and sellers, she goes the extra mile. Literally! “I love what I do! I get to help people figure out how to love where they live so they can focus on living. It is so important to me that my clients are happy at the end when they buy or sell their homes. I work with both buyers and sellers. I have experience with first-time home buyers, investment properties, cash buyers, FHA, VA, Conventional loans. I would love to assist you with your real estate needs.
