CurrentLeesa Weisman Greenstein is a culturally diverse professional who demonstrates an unique perspective in working globally, having spent a significant number of years traveling and living overseas. She has decades of experience behind the scenes as a high level executive coach, empowering her clients to rise to the top of their game in their respective specialties. As a component of her coaching, she has demonstrated a skill at guiding projects budgeting, working with them to remain within budget as well as to be profitable. In addition, she is a talented and skilled behind the scenes editor and project manager. She demonstrates her unique understanding of imagery and pacing as well as an understanding of the films and film genres driven by age, race and gender. Leesa's contacts in the film industry are wide-spread, allowing her to develop the essential partnerships to facilitate a film project from development to fruition working in conjunction with a multifaceted team of directors, actors, editors, etc. This includes an involvement in the post-production component of sales and distribution both domestically and internationally via Theatrical Release, VOD Release or a combination thereof. In addition, Leesa has been the Executive Director of the Love International Film Festival (LIFF) founded to provide to support this organization through the promoting the use of positive art in cinema around the world. LIFF supports The Lotus Light Children Charity developed to promote love, hope with a goal to help and enlighten children; by bring healing to them through art.Leesa Weisman Greenstein currently heads Enlightenment Entertainment, in partnership with Ata Servati. Leesa’s consistent leadership and insight has shown her to be an effective leader on a variety of projects. Through her international contacts, Leesa has been expanding on the genre of topics on which her organization is becoming involved and is currently branching out into other media arenas.
