"My work focuses on helping managers and their teams understand how analytics can enrich their current roles and future careers. In my teaching, consulting and project work, we look beyond the numbers to build effective use scenarios with measurable business value. In my current assignments on digital transformation, improving managerial decision-making and GDPR, we work to elucidate the business challenges, identify the opportunities, analyze current experiences and examine the potential for each vision."I am a Professor of Business Analytics and Community Management and a Principal of the Business Analytics Institute. Recipient of the EDSF prize for the use of technology in teaching, I currently teach various graduate and management education courses in England, Finland, France, Italy and the Netherlands. My current research interests include digital transformation, information architectures and the challenges of data privacy. I have directed consulting missions and led corporate training workshops for firms including Apple, Ernst & Young, France Telecom, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and SAP in the manufacturing, telecommunications, public works and service industries. For the European Community, I have co-managed the eXel project on Management Educationl and TBP ITN MED projects, as well as the ESIS II survey.
