• To plan, deploy and operate HF, VHF and UHF radios, in a self-forming network that included a bespoke emailing system and real time global positioning system to identify friendly and enemy targets onto an electronic map displayed on a rugged laptop (BOWMAN), this was deployed into a rugged environment on military operations that involved approximately 20 stationary and mobile platforms and exercised in Kenya to provide telecommunications for military medical services to provide real life support to the local population in remote villages.• This would include the preparation and regular maintenance all radios and IT systems, to ensure that managerial checks were carried out in accordance with company doctrine and policy.• Co-ordinate and instruct team members to ensure that all instructions and information was given in a timely manner and to ensure that all equipment and personnel where ready for the task at hand.• An Instructor on military grade HF, VHF and UHF radio systems, which taught personal to create a self-forming wireless network and an application such as the ‘Common Battlefield Application Toolset’ (ComBAT) which was a bespoke emailing and real time global positioning system to identify friendly and enemy targets onto an electronic map. • I delivered the lessons of the Bowman TacCIS Telecommunications systems and ComBAT systems that met all Enabling Objectives (EO’s), Teaching Objectives (TO’s) and Key Learning Points (KLPs) that also fell in line with company policy this would also be inspected by OFSTED. • Co-Ordinate the deployment of Level 3 Engineers to take part in overseas military tasks. Canada, Kenya, Lithuania and France.• Administer the companies SharePoint site, that included the planning, creation and ongoing administration of a military secure site, which allowed users to access limited files with permissions of specific areas on a secure system.
