The role is to help Transdev as the Operator of SLR integrate with the final parts of the construction phase and to adjust to the needs and requirements of the enlarged network as the whole CSELR network is opened and becomes operational. Interface agreements have been identified and negotiated with various utility services, such as Ausgrid, and Sydney Water, with local authorities including City of Sydney, Randwick and Inner West Councils, and with other relevant bodies such as Centennial Park & Moore Park Trust. Some of these are a formalisation and continuation of arrangements from the construction phase. In addition, various contractors and developers that are now in close proximity to an operational light rail service are required to negotiate and agree terms in order to continue their projects, and planning consent authorities are required to take into account the light rail requirements as part of their consultation and decisions. Implemented new $6million capex collection regime. Project was delivered on budget and six months ahead of schedule.In addition I managed the waste collection service for 63000 residents and the waste collection workforce of 65 staff and 5 professionals, including new collection routes and rotas. Also part of the team negotiating the new EBA for the workforce, and including appearing at the Industrial Relations Commission.
