I'm the CEO at Simply Do which is a digital platform enabling organisations to better capture, manage and deliver innovation. Our product applications range from employee idea capture in large public sector organisations through to fully-managed, global innovation marketplaces for blue-chip corporates.With 15+ years in change management, I've led Simply Do from concept to growth stage including successfully navigating three investment rounds, building an award-winning team and delivering UK-wide commercial traction.Prior to Simply Do, I led a range of European and Government change management programmes encompassing innovation, entrepreneurship and business improvement. I've also worked in academia delivering curriculum and service innovation whilst achieving both a PGCE and Masters in Enterprise Education.I'm a proud introvert so more of a LinkedIn listener than talker. However, I'm always open to having a chat with the frustrated change makers and champions within large public and private sector organisations.
