Transformed the sector’s pipeline with business development leadership and department managers to rework the pipeline and take the sector from being the smallest pipeline to the second largest, exceeding value over $2B and increasing the win ratio to 40%.Created the commercial sales strategy and capability working alongside the technical product development group with the goal to open up new markets. Developed the go to market strategy for establishing and building out commercial product business within L-3 NSS. First year metrics include closing sales into commercial companies, vetted interest from Fortune 500 companies, and international product sales. Spearheaded the transition and on going integration of Data Tactics into L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS) through acquisition. Oversaw the development and management of special projects within L-3 NSS Data Tactics; influencing larger focus on the Advanced Analytics Practice and incorporation for integration into NSS as a whole. Represented Global Solutions in business and finance discussion to adequately represent Global Solutions portfolio to potential buyers.
