Research Officer at the Migration Research Division at the International Organization for Migration HQ in Geneva, Switzerland, with a special focus on migration, environment and climate change since 2012. Implemented the three-year EU-funded project, “Migration, Environment and Climate Change: Evidence for Policy (MECLEP)” which conducted research in six pilot countries: Dominican Republic, Haiti, Kenya, Mauritius, Papua New Guinea, and Viet Nam; and capacity-building workshops in the pilot countries. She has supported the organization’s special focus on integrating migration into adaptation strategies and the capacity building of policymakers since the first regional training workshop in 2013.

Migration Research DivisionDepartment of International Cooperation and Partnerships- Performed research for the Migration Research Division, especially focusing on migration, environment and climate change adaptation, and provided research and project support to Policy officer and focal point for Migration, Environment and Climate Change- Facilitated IOM participation at UNFCCC COP 18 in Doha, Qatar, organizing the IOM led side-event, preparing publications and visibility materials, researching on Green Climate Fund, and migration and adaptation, and produced the COP 18 follow-up report - Co-authored the article "Migration at the Climate Change Conference: Progress in Doha" featured in Migration Policy Practice (Vol. III, No 1, Feb-Mar 2013)- Developed projects including drafting of narrative proposal and budget, mainly an IOM Development Fund project for training on migration, environment and climate change- Organized the "Asia-Pacific Training for Policymakers and Practitioners on Migration, Environment, Climate Change and Adaptation", which included responsibilities of project monitoring; liaising with donors (UK government and ADB); development of the training package; leading all logistics; liaising with IOM Migration Research and Training Centre in Korea and IOM offices; and development of the training video. - Managed the Asia-Pacific Migration and Environment Network (APMEN), including website management and coordination of with the APMEN Advisory Board, and liaising with ADB
