Senior Support Engineer
CurrentAs the responsible individual, I will be committed to ensuring that all team members follow sprint planning and readily provide support to resolve any difficulties they encounter. In close collaboration with the finance team, I will support and validate customer monthly credit utilization. Furthermore, I will enhance the functionality of already deployed features and create thorough tests to guarantee full functionality prior to launch. By leveraging my technical expertise and utilizing instruction manuals, I will provide non-technical departments with the necessary knowledge and guidance to effectively resolve technical issues on the admin panel.
