-Developed KS2 content for maths textbooks and workbooks, by completing a technical edit of the commissioned copy to ensure mathematical accuracy, as well as writing missing lesson content.-Managed a new project to create online CPD content for teachers including both pedagogical and maths-specialist courses. As part of this project I authored two courses, with the aim to help non-maths specialist teachers to teach maths to a high standard and with solid, conceptual foundations. -Commissioned pedagogy products including specialised content on learning difficulties.-Wrote documentation for customer-facing teams, and answered technical and content queries. -Led a project to analyse SATs data from UK primary schools for marketing purposes.

-Commissioned and edited a series of question books for advanced learners in KS2. -Teaching one-to-one mathematics lessons for pupils ranging from Year 5 to A-level. I have focused on teaching the GCSE curriculum and taught pupils both pre and post the GCSE change in 2017. -Adapting lessons to reflect my growing understanding of the Singapore maths and maths mastery approaches to support my pupils even better. I have seen a significant increase in confidence for my pupils and all pupils have achieved at least one grade above their predicted grade.-I have created a maths instagram page, @master.maths.3142, which aims to apply Jerome Bruner’s ‘Concrete, Pictorial, Abstract’ theory to GCSE content. Allowing pupils to see the concepts behind the procedures they are learning.

-Managed the entire product life cycle for the creation of a Microsoft Word based system (including designing and developing the system using VBA) to be used in house by specialised teams to communicate with customers. This system was used by over 260 people and, at the time, generated over 7000 communications a month.-Managed the team’s workload to maintain the system and support our customers.-Implemented a Six Sigma project to add audit logs, error logs, reference files and a test environment to make this system scalable within the company. -Presented prototypes to stakeholders, and provided training sessions for customers. -Gathered and analysed customer requirements for IT projects.-Analysed data feeds to improve the automation of customer documents. -Developed documents using HP Exstream.-Led teams during testing phases and wrote thorough test scripts.
