Training material consisted of Microsoft Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and Adobe Acrobat student handouts. Presented two weeks of classroom and hands-on training to eight Tobyhanna Army Depot technicians.

Developed a comprehensive training program for the General Dynamics fixed dual-band satellite earth station terminal installed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Researched and documented system design and operation during onsite system testing with General Dynamics engineering. Student training package consisted of 15 PowerPoint presentations containing 500+ slides. Presented five days of classroom and hands-on training to two classes of U.S. Army personnel at Fort Bragg.

Researched and wrote an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manual for the General Dynamics Shipboard Carry-On Satellite System (SCOSS) developed for the U.S. Navy. Sourced existing documentation and interviewed engineering staff at diverse corporate locations to acquire all necessary technical information. Captured computer screenshots on an operational SCOSS system while developing and verifying content accuracy. The 90-page O&M manual includes Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) drawings and procedures for installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, fault isolation and component replacement.

Planned, wrote and managed compliance and performance testing documentation for three dual-band satellite antenna systems that General Dynamics developed for the U.S. Army's $600 million Modernization of Enterprise Terminals (MET) program. Evaluated prime-contractor Harris’s specifications defining performance, manufacture and test requirements as per MIL-STD-130N, MIL-STD-188, MIL-STD-209, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-1472. Wrote comprehensive First Article Test (FAT) plans defining tests and processes to demonstrate acceptance compliance with each requirement. Attended weekly documentation reviews with Harris engineering and project management. Revised and updated documentation per Harris feedback and redlines. Wrote and released over 75 MET documents in compliance with MIL-STD-40051. Participated in First Article Testing of initial MET antenna systems by Harris in Malabar, Florida. Finalized subsystem functional test procedures, and managed subsystem equipment setup and operational testing during Environmental Qualification Testing (EQT) by Harris in Palm Bay, Florida.
