I am currently employed as a Locomotive driver. In this role I prepare, manage and operate trains in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company. Assist with logistic issues our depot faces, provide leadership and compliment our team environment with good communication between our customers and staff. I have been the Health and Safety Representative for our work group in the past, liaising with our customers, management and the work group to achieve a healthy culture centred around safe work practices, good communication and industry standards. I am constantly trying to improve my skills and qualifications to become a more valued employee.

Warrnambool, Swan Hill, Shepparton And Horsham

My role at the CFA was to maintain, repair and service the fleet of fire appliances in a safe and timely manner. At the completion of my time with the CFA I had been the Second in Charge of the Horsham workshop for a period of 5 years. My role included supervising staff, maintaining records, monitoring budgets, and communicating with volunteers, operations and support CFA staff. This was conducted in the field, at an incident and in a workshop environment.
