Automotive S/W problem-solving experiences (from BSP to middle-ware):NXP based BSP Preceding Studies:• Analyse dts, kernel driver of uSDHC of i.MX8MQ.• Research and test about H/W-offloaded Packet Forwarding Engine of S32G2 chip.• Reduce rx/tx latency by modifying interrupt coalescing in network driver on iMX8M chip.Linux Container:• Design a systemd-based service dependencies architecture over multiple Containers.• Design a memory management system watching and managing the memory usage of LXC Containers.• Design, customize, and maintain LMKD of Android system to reach client's needs.For colleagues:• Cut image flashing time from 30 minutes to just 6 by optimizing eMMC partition sizes, achieving a fivefold boost in BSP team productivity.• With the implementation of TFTP to download kernel image and dtb in uboot, boost in BSP team productivity.• Resolved a segmentation fault in a core component by identifying malformed Some/IP packets using Wireshark.• Debugged Yocto platform issues to support colleagues in achieving their goals on time.

Widely involved in from design to mass productions for Wireless Access Point products. A total of more than 1 million units of three products were sold in markets.Wifi Kernel driver bugs from SoC Vendor• Fix feature A didn't work as our expectation when the driver restarted and used ftrace to dump callstack.• Fix feature B didn't work as our expectation by wrong type casting in the driver.LAN Port detecting feature• Design LAN port detecting functionality in Linux Kernel Network Stack with additional chipset.Maintain DHCPv4/v6 features• Set up WAN/LAN network by DHCPv4/v6 packets such as WAN IP, DNS, IANA/PD and NAT/Bridge info.• Design and test fault tolerance scenarios by receiving malformed packets.• Modify and maintain Client and Server programs for customer's IPv6 requirements.• Fix unknown signal issue to the client process while booting through Linux Kernel hacking.
