In charge of end to end hiring process for Engineering/technical Sales/Marketing talent with a focus on Diversity hiring across Europe :• Promoted the company as a great place to work using social media platforms, job boards & online forums & career/Network events, completed talent data analysis, utilised expertise and market awareness to analyse datasets, developed individual relationships with prospective candidates providing advice and guidance, successfully enabling candidate attraction.• Enabled managers to write best job descriptions to attract top talent.• Prepared candidates for interview process, engaged individually to understand needs and set expectations, adopted a supportive and coaching approach enabling successful performance and selection. • Subject Matter Expert on all talent acquisition, collaborated cross functionally and proactively conducted a variety of training methods for new multinational recruiters, enabling ownership, development of skills and high performance delivery. • Built strong networks within the high tech industry & developed expertise in candidate shortlisting/screening, job offer negotiations & authentic employer branding.

Supporting recruiters identifying talent for the company by designing promotional artworklike banners, posters, online adverts, providing help for recruitment event planning, Socialmedia posts & employer branding. I was also responsible for the employee referral programmeat regional level.

Responsible for building a right-sized programme for high quality graduate hiring in UK through the attraction and pipelining of highly talented students by building strong relationships with local universities, recruiting agencies, suppliers & Business partners. Manage a team of recruiting experts from each department hiring in the UK, build recruiting plans for under-graduate & graduate hiring goals including budget, choice of recruiting channels (online, social media, print, etc…) & vendor selection.

Responsible for driving strategic and operational partnership with our Sales & Marketing division to enable them with the right talent across Europe (activities include building a hiring forecast, influence division with hiring strategy, drive hiring plan to execution & handle escalations from Business on hiring matters).

Provide a set of indicators to assess performance & level of services our engineers provide to our customer base.
