Led SunAmerica’s regional multifamily investments in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) real estate partnerships before firm suspended new investments in affordable housing due to parent company’s (AIG) financial issues. Manager for 42 developer relationships totaling over $1 Billion in real estate including 7 properties individually valued at between $42 Million and $73 Million. Closed joint venture partnerships totaling over $100 Million in equity. Proposed market rate, student and seniors multifamily housing investment opportunities.

Created and implemented the Centex HomePartner Network, Centex’s entrance into the comprehensive bundled housing services business. Generated incremental business for five Centex divisions—Centex Homes, Fox & Jacobs, Centex Home Equity Corp., Centex HomeTeam Services and Westwood Insurance Agency—and CENTURY 21 through five employers and their 1,900 employees located in 17 states.

Developed and implemented comprehensive, long-term investment strategies that generated more than $500 million annually in single-family loan acquisition volume.
