• Responsible for the production and writing of build/work instructions for each stage of the assembly, used by staff on the production lines and as part of the official product documentation.
• Used AutoCAD to take individual part drawings (produced by mechanical and electrical engineers) and create separate assembly drawings, which were imported into the documentation.
• Designed assembly jigs and fixtures which were manufactured by the in-house machine shop, used on the production lines, to build the hearing instruments.
