The Jed Foundation is a non-profit organization that protects emotional health and prevents suicide for young adults. We work in colleges, universities, and directly with the community to improve systems, raise awareness, and encourage behavior change. In this role, I am tasked with developing new program offerings for our higher education market and direct to community efforts and creating infrastructure that allows us to streamline delivery of services and measure success.

JED Campus is a nationwide consulting practice collaborating with over 315 colleges and universities on the enhancement of student policies, programs and services for well-being and mental health. In this role, I supervised a high-functioning team of seven who directly supported the schools in their efforts.

My portfolio in this role included: Residential Education, Crisis Management and Behavioral Intervention Team, Title IX and Sexual Misconduct, Emergency Medical Response Program, and Parent/Family Relations.

In this role, I led the educational programming and crisis response for campus-wide housing of 2,500 students. I supervised seven residence directors, eight graduate interns, and 80 student staff members. I managed an annual salary, operations, and programming budget of $500,000.

As the Chief Student Affairs Officer, I directed institutional strategy and planning as a member of the leadership team. I coordinated orientation and services to support student success and retention and produced lecture series, workshops, and advancement events that build a thriving community.
