Assisted in the refinement, enhancement and further implementation of Children 1st, Georgia's system to provide universal contact with all newborns, including the Children 1st Head Start Sibling Initiative. Developed promotional materials for Children 1st, including marketing plan, logo, brochures, posters, display, and training materials. Provided assistance to the health districts in the areas of marketing strategies to consumers and the professional communities. Provided technical assistance to health districts to assure full implementation of Children 1st, as requested.
