The consultancy projects covered different HR areas: HR Polices & Process and compliances, Performance /management, Talent Management, Career management, Compensations & Benefits etc. He has also provided advisory services on employment-related matters arising out organizational changes (e.g. M&A, redundancy etc.). He has provided training and counselling/coaching to clients' employees.As a regional HR leader, Tee Ling has successfully developed HR strategies and translated them into tangible HR initiatives that benefited both the organizations and employees. During his employment tenures, Tee Ling has partnered business leaders in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, MEA, PRC, and Americas in delivering their people agendas.
