Responsible for ALL corporate mandated learning within the organisation world wide: including code of conduct, it security, GDPR, business conduct and export control

Responsible for Group Export Control Learning across the whole of BAE Systems PLC (International) Responsible for mandatory regulatory training across the global business Devised Learning Strategy and plan to fall in line with regulatory and business needs. Design and develop internal Train the Trainer Programme for none L&D people Lead, Design and evaluate course material and engage with 3rd parties to develop e-learning. Implement Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all learning interventions for export control. LMS administrator and produce management reports to board level on training Manage group budget for the learning programmes for Export Control Training Manage relationships in a large matrix organisation with stakeholders, HR L&D leads and business leaders. Responsible for people development within the L&D leads within Export Control. Lead and manage the Group Export Control Intranet site. Design and maintain the contents  Responsible for Group Export Control communications to all business units including monthly Business Update newsletter.
