My responsibilities in this role included:· Lead large and complex business projects on behalf of the Customer Servicedepartment, through the entire project lifecycle. · Manage team members according to project requirements. · Monitor and work to project budgets, ensuring costs are kept within margains. · Plan and prioritise projects according to delivery dates, business requirements and project timelines· Adopt the most appropriate methodology including, where appropriate, new ways of working to maximize delivery. · Explore, analyse and challenge existing processes, working through ideas for change while gaining buy in from senior business stakeholders to ensure change is appropriate and will deliver business benefits.· Identify and engage with stakeholders effectively, anticipating points of challenge and developing plans to mitigate or address concerns. · Working closely with senior management and Executives to ensure projects align to and meet expectations.· Raise and articulate issues to stakeholders, influencing opinion and direction using knowledge of systems, products, processes and functions. · Build, maintain & produce reports for Executive or senior management as required. · Report project progress and reports/forecasts to stakeholders accurately and within agreed timescales.
