As the Co-Founder of Jupitrr, I focus on Product and Design, driving our vision to create a seamless online video editor for content creators. My day-to-day responsibilities include user interviews, roadmap planning, product design (UIUX), and running sprint meetings with developers to ensure we deliver features that users want. One of my biggest challenges is setting up an ambitious yet feasible roadmap that balances innovation with practicality. By focusing on user-centric design and efficient development processes, I ensure that Jupitrr consistently meets the needs of our non-tech-savvy users, enabling them to create content quickly and easily.

At Vidyard, I started my role with the Engage Squad focusing on running a range of experiments and projects to enhance the onboarding & activation experience for our video sales tool. Increasing the activations rate for the Branded Sharing Page by 45% was the highlight of some early projects.With more projects overlapping our core feature offering, I moved to the Core Squad to further lead the efforts to improve feature discoverability and activations. For example, unifying the Navigation bar and bringing Vidyard Home page to users in all plans.On a broader scale, I led the design efforts for Vidyard's Product-Led Growth strategy and our AI initiatives with projects like Bulk AI Avatars Video Generation. In this capacity, I collaborated closely with the CTO, Product Director, and Design Director to align our vision for the future with the entire R&D team.

At Multi (Previously Remotion), a US-based Series A startup that builds a virtual office/video call desktop app, I was responsible for designing a frictionless and converting onboarding experience that effectively showcased our unique selling points. As the company was transitioning from concierge onboarding to self-serve, it was important to create a simple and delightful experience that enable users to easily onboard with their team and start thriving with the product.*Multi was acquired by OpenAI in 2024

As the founding product designer at Freehunter, a freelance job-matching platform in Hong Kong and Taiwan, I oversaw the transformation of our MVP into a scalable product, leading to +94% growth in our freelancer user base, expansion into 40+ industries, and the launch of a successful Freemium to Premium subscription model.
