In May 2016, I became a weld inspector for Manufacturing Quality. I check the weld quality at the end of the shop. I also inspected Machine shop parts. I used the blueprints to check the dimensions and bend directions of the part. In March 2019, I became a QIP (Quality Improvement Lead). I audit the processes for the shops, check the tools and jigs, and do.
