I am a Partner with Roseview 2, LLC, a leading institutional real estate investment and advisory company that focuses on three primary industry segments: Investment Management, Investment Banking and Bank/Corporate Advisory services. The Roseview Group is unique in that it has a national presence (headquartered in Boston with additional offices in Seattle and now in West Michigan) by being both investors and advisors thus offering us insights into market trends and movements that directly translates into a more thoughtful decision-making practices for our partners and clients. Roseview's Corporate Advisory team has since 2008 orchestrated and closed more than 400 different transactions involving more than $5 Billion in real estate owned, controlled, and/or occupied by U.S. banks, all with the common purpose of creating value for our client's shareholders. Going forward, as of 2018 we are extending the capabilities and learning's gained through the firm's work over the last 10 years with banks to the broader Corporate real estate world, leveraging my 27 plus years of Corporate real estate leadership at Whirlpool Corporation by helping Corporations to develop unique and value creating solutions for their under-utilized and surplus portfolio assets.

As co-managing Principal of Corporate Solutions at Madison Marquette it is our goal to provide our client's with an intense review of their corporate real estate assets in order to develop and to execute a holistic and aggressive strategy to monetize their embedded equity opportunities. A process that our clients can use to generate both accretive cash flow and P&L to aid them in re-investing in their core operations.

Prior to leaving Whirlpool Corporation at the end of April, 2018, I had been the Senior Director, Global Corporate Real Estate for 12 years in addition to holding other positions of increasing responsibility while managing the Corporation's various regional portfolio activities my previous 15 years at the Corporation's headquarters in Benton Harbor, MI. As the Senior Director for Whirlpool’s global real estate organization, I was responsible for developing an enterprise delivery organization that integrated all aspects of the Corporation's real estate, construction and facility management activities into Whirlpool’s operational and financial strategies, a portfolio that included over 900+ properties (owned and leased) consisting of 90+ million square feet with a market value exceeding $5B. In addition to my department’s responsibilities, I was also an active team member of the Corporation’s M&A Due Diligence team and led portfolio integration activities for five major acquisitions during my career at Whirlpool. In addition I was a Trustee of Harbor Shores LLC, a corporation sponsored by Whirlpool and solely focused on developing a 500 acre Brown Field project that includes a Jack Nicklaus championship golf course that has hosted multiple Sr. PGAs, a marina, retail, hotel, and a variety of residential neighborhoods ranging from $250K to $1M+.Other positions I have held during my career included being the VP of Commercial Development at ITT Land Corporation, a subsidiary of ITT Community Development Corporation, the master developer of Palm Coast, FL (42,000 acres), Executive Director of a regional nonprofit economic development agency, and was a member of the corporate planning team for the Walgreen company.During my career I have also been active in several professional organizations including CoreNet Global (12,000+ CRE professionals) where I served on the Board of Directors for 5 years including being the Global Chairman in 2010/11.

ITT Land was a division of ITT Community Development Corporation (CDC) responsible for all commercial, industrial and bulk land sales and development projects associated with ITT CDC communities. Prior to departing ITT Land, I was the VP of Commercial Development, with overall responsibilities for the development and day to day management of all office and commercial properties. Primary goal was to identify market opportunities, initiate pre-leasing activities, stabilize income post development and then sell optimized portfolio assets as a strategy to deliver consistent cash flow and P&L gains per original forecasts.
