Act as a TA & Business Partner and provide all-rounded professional HR solutions for talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations etc. for assigned clusters

An all-rounded Human Resources Generalist role providing full spectrum of professional HR services with main focuses in Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Employee Engagement and Employer Branding while supporting in other HR areas such as Compensation & Benefit, Processes & Policies review etc.

Act as the single contact point for all staff members across APAC regarding human resources matters in the regions, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, performance review, employee documents and tracking, and labour compliance.

All-rounded HR generalist responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources Function incl. Compensation & Benefit, China Taxation, Recruitment & Selection, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Involvement in executing HR initiatives, Policies Review & other Operational duties.

Responsible for a total of around 300 headcounts in HK & Macau incl. back office & front line shops.
