Helped manage large multi-million dollar order schedules for the Allison 250 Product Line. This included making sure scheduled orders were shipped on time. Daily expediting and working to resolve any delivery delays. And keeping the customer aware of all shipments and other logistical issues. During my time at Aviall I went through several intense training classes concerning proper business and sales phone etiquette and I still use a lot of those skills on my current position. In addition to my normal CSR duties I was selected to help with a company wide software migration from Lawson to Siebel Customer Resource Management Software.
