Mr. Foster left HandsOn Central Ohio as Vice President, Information & Disaster Management. The Information and Disaster Management Department is comprised of three divisions. The 2-1-1 Division handles the 24-7 Information and Referral line, providing essential referrals to callers within Franklin County Ohio. The Resource Management Division works to ensure that our 2-1-1 database is up to date with the most recent information, so that 2-1-1 Call Specialists can make appropriate and accurate referrals. Finally, the Disaster Preparedness division works to ensure HandsOn Central Ohio can carry out its responsibilities set forth in the Franklin County Ohio Emergency Operations Plan. That responsibility includes developing plans, procedures and agreements to coordinate spontaneous volunteer deployment in the event of a disaster. Additionally, as the 2-1-1 Call Center for Franklin County, we are the number provided to Franklin County Citizens for disaster related information. To aid in that effort, our department maintains a database of nearly 1,300 agencies and over 5,000 services that are available for Franklin County residents.

Provide practice day security for the Columbus Blue Jackets. Managed fan and media interaction with players.

Provide Courtroom security and coordination for seven Court Magistrates. Served as community liaison for the Magistrates. Attended Community meetings on their behalf. Designed, developed and implemented a County wide drug and alcohol diversion program for youth with drug and alcohol related charges. Collaborated with numerous community organizations for the successful implementation of drug and alcohol diversion program. Gave community wide speeches explaining the purpose of this diversion program.

I assisted Deputy Inspectors General with their investigations of waste, fraud and abuse of State resources by State employees. Assisted in interview preparation. Prepared summaries, graphs and charts for final report purposes. Conducted undercover investigations as needed.
