Over 13 years of experience in program policy, development and implementation. Background includes a combination of emergency management, judicial system and investigative experience as well as completion of a Master’s degree in Homeland Security Administration. Prior to joining the ARMADA team as a Senior Consultant, I served as Vice President of Information & Disaster Management for HandsOn Central Ohio. During my tenure with HandsOn Central Ohio I was responsible for the overall direction and administrative function of the Information and Disaster Management Department. In this capacity, I was solely responsible for the development and annual maintenance of the HandsOn Central Ohio Continuity of Operations Plan. I have been the keynote speaker for the 2010 People First of Ohio conference (emergency planning for advanced needs populations) and the 2012 Ohio VOAD Conference (Social Media in Emergency Preparedness). Since joining ARMADA in 2012, I have served as Project Management for over 30 HSEEP exercises and 50 total projects for Clients, including the State of Connecticut, Boston Police and Raytheon Missile Systems. I'm a past member of the Board of Directors for Ohio Volunteers Active in a Disaster (VOAD) and Ohio Alliance of Information and Referral Services (AIRS). Finally, I serve in a part time capacity as an adjunct faculty member and advisory board member in the Emergency Management and Homeland Security program at Franklin University.
