As an IT Client Services Technician at Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) since Jan 2023, I have been providing base level IT support to non-technical staff, installing, modifying, and repairing hardware and software, and troubleshooting various Windows operating systems. I have also been working with Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS servers, and creating workstation, conference room, and classroom infrastructure and settings. I have contributed to the smooth and efficient operation of the IT department, and enabled the organization to achieve its environmental and social goals.I have always been fascinated and motivated by the topics of AI, cloud, software development, and hardware, and I have been continuously learning and using practical skills that could be an asset to any company. I started with building my own PC in 2017, and since then I have become obsessed with knowing the process and how it all works. I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in PC hardware and custom service, and I have provided expert recommendations on aftermarket computer parts and software. I have also obtained my CompTIA A+ and my CCNA certifications in 2022, and I am currently learning more about cloud services like AWS, cyber security, and exploring AI. My goal is to gain more skills to grow and achieve my dream career in IT.
