Heading this new department is Lee Windsperger. Windsperger brings his experience in Professional Audio design, integration, sales and, most of all, exemplary customer service, to Heroic Productions. Heroic Production’s founder and President, Jon Young, is very excited about the new department’s potential for leading the company to the next level.

I was responsible for all services to our clients after the installation was completed. This included managing the Help Desk and providing Managed Services to all our clients so that their systems were covered by the maintenance agreement that best fit their needs and budget. As part of the management team at MSpace I provided metrics to upper management and the team displaying the growth of our Managed Services. I developed and refined contracts and marketing materials for Managed Services offered to our clients. I worked with our sales people to close maintenance opportunities, which included accompanying them on client visits to talk about our maintenance offerings. I was on weekly calls to our largest enterprise clients and helped develop Activity Logs to track outstanding service issues to discuss status and resolution each week. I was also responsible for Vendor Relations. This included interfacing with our manufacturer's reps to get current pricing, maintaining the price book, scheduling Lunch and Learns with our reps and representing MSpace at dealer meetings at InfoComm.

As Sales and Marketing Manager I was responsible for all the sales related duties at EDC which included customer relations, vendor relations, new market developement, sales lead developement and follow-up, over-seeing pricing updates, sales forecasting, marketing through the developement of our website, industry trade shows at which we exhibited and direct marketing to our customer base.

American Pro Audio was a retail store specializing in recording and sound system design and installation. After 20 years supplying the Twin Cities market, we closed our doors. We supplied audio to St. Olaf College, MPR, IPR, Historic State Theatre, Speak the Word Church, Wooddale Church and many, many more.

I started working at AVC Systems in 1984 as a Telemarketer. I subsequently became warehouse manager, rental manager and finally became a showfloor salesman responsible for $1,000,000 in sales per year.
