Lee has more than two decades of experience in leadership roles in banking, portfolio management, trust administration, wealth management and strategic planning. Most recently, Lee was hired by Metallicus as Head of Banking Strategy to lead the efforts to acquire a bank on behalf of FBBT Holdings, Inc. He has served as the regional president for Northern Trust in New England and BNY Mellon in the Mid-Atlantic, covering 10 states and the District of Columbia. During Lee’s tenure, both organizations achieved record levels of new business, profitability and client satisfaction.As a strategic thinker, Lee created and led a new business unit at Northern Trust which consolidated 7 distinct advice delivery disciplines into National Advisory Services. He also grew a de novo office for Northern Trust to $1 billion in assets in 5 years.Lee is a seasoned advisor, beginning his career as a financial planner for high net worth families. In this capacity, he advised corporate CEOs and board members on financial planning strategies. He continues to provide advice and counsel throughout all aspects of his professional, philanthropic and athletic endeavors.Lee graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Knox College and a Masters in Management in Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He traveled to the Soviet Union as part of his Russian language and political science studies. He continues his expand his knowledge of foreign affairs through his board activities at the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia and the Foreign Policy Research Institute and was a 2022 civilian invitee to the US Army War College's week-long National Security Seminar.In addition to Lee’s professional and volunteer experience, Lee is an accomplished coach and Masters runner having been named an All-American 9 times by USA Track and Field.
