As an audio engineer for Production Support Group, I have been responsible for both FOH and Monitor systems at concerts, events, and festivals. I have consulted with clients and event planners to provide solutions for the technical needs of their events. Additionally, as a stagehand and technician, I assist with the setup and strike of large-scale events and concerts.

My primary responsibilities at First Baptist include the operation, and maintenance of, all sound, audio-visual, and lighting equipment in three auditoriums and multiple teaching venues on a 150,000 square foot campus. I manage volunteer staffing for all services and events that take place both on and off campus; and arrange rental equipment to supplement special events and programs. In addition, I oversee the broadcast ministry and manage the distribution of recorded services via DVD, online, and television mediums. I also take both a creative and technical role in the creation and production of videos to support sermon themes and Church activities, as well as manage the campus security and PBX/voicemail systems. While employed as Director of Technical Ministries, I was involved in the planning, and managed the installations of new sound systems in all three venues; as well as upgrading the projection system in our main sanctuary and installing a projection system in our youth auditorium.
